Every list is built from one clear definition. For our retiring-owner lists that's: Active UK companies with £1m+ annual revenue, owner-managed, where the oldest director is aged 60 or over. Choose the national list or a single sector.

The samples on each page are real rows from the actual list, same data you'll get in the download. The headline count is the true number of matching companies. No signup to view.

3. Pay once - from £149

Pick the tier that fits: Starter £149, Full list £299, Pro · all access £1499. One card payment, no subscription, no account required, no sales call. We email you the list as a CSV, ready for your CRM, mail-merge or outreach tool. Higher tiers add owner names, verified email/phone, full financials and growth signals.

Where the data comes from

Company details, officers and addresses come from Companies House under the Open Government Licence; financials come from filed accounts. We refresh regularly and remove dissolved companies. Each list ships with a note on its source, date and fields.

Using the data responsibly

Our lists are sold for legitimate B2B prospecting. When you use them you act as an independent data controller: you're responsible for screening against TPS/CTPS before calling, providing the required privacy information, and complying with UK GDPR and PECR. We sell company-level data by default and don't resell FCA Register data.
